1. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk. tumiskan bahan2 yang dikisar sehingga keluar minyak<br />
2. Masukkan keledek, air asam jawa, air rebusan daging dan air rebusan udang. kacau sekali sekala hingga mendidih<br />
3. Kemudian masukkan campuran tepung jagung dan tomato. Bila kuah mula pekat, tambahkan garam dan gula secukup rasa. Apabila mendidih, tutupkan api.<br />
4. Sajikan mee dengan bahan sampingan dan kuah panas.<br />
